The program edits and manages files for digital productions. It converts image and video files, adds sound to the slideshows but doesn't have a function of recording it.

Mr. Photo 4 is an excellent program to capture, manage, edit and merge images and video files. This application combines many functions to perform the complete process of a digital image processing: from capture to final print or multimedia distribution of original compositions of image and sound.

Enhancement: From here you can improve the quality of viewing your images, add frames, effects, remove red eye, rotate, and so on. You can also add audio to your pictures and generate videos from a series of photographs.
